Turnkey structural construction of contemporary multi-unit townhouses in Gikambura, Kikuyu, Kiambu County. Engineered from initial site setting-out and reinforced pad footings through to machine-cut stone masonry, cast-in-situ concrete frames, and hollow-pot suspended slab engineering.
The Gikambura Town Houses development showcases rigorous structural sequencing on red volcanic soil in Kikuyu. Following precise topographical setting-out and foundation pad excavations, structural column cages were cast in situ to carry upper-floor loads. Ground floor external and party walling was executed using premium machine-cut quarry stones with aligned mortar beds and seismic ring beams. The suspended first-floor slab integrates precision formwork, heavy ribbed reinforcement, and pre-laid conduit services before monolithic concrete pouring.
