A comprehensive multi-storey residential building development in Nairobi, executed by Truth and Tikva from greenfield site setting-out and deep foundation footings through to machine-cut stone masonry, in-situ concrete staircases, and reinforced suspended slabs.
This project exemplifies our complete, stage-by-stage approach to residential building in Kenya. Works commenced with site clearing, topographical setting-out, and foundation trench excavations with reinforced pad footings. The ground floor was established using high-density concrete slab casting and precision machine-cut quarry stonework with seismically tied ring beams and cast columns. Internal access was created via an in-situ reinforced concrete staircase, followed by formwork and rebar installation for the first-floor suspended slab. The structural sequence continued through upper-floor walling and monolithic roof slab pouring, completing a solid, enduring structural frame ready for windows, services, and interior finishes.
